100% Cabernet Sauvignon
Three-day cold pre-fermentative maceration, and manual punching down and pumping over to maximize maceration. Fermentation took place at 25 °C. The resulting wine rested in oak barrels and stainless steel tanks for 9 months.
Colour: Ruby red of good intensity.
Aroma: Aromas of ripe red fruits and spices such as licorice,sweet pepper, cumin and notes of tobacco and chocolate.
Mouth: Good body and sweet, robust tannins.
The grapes were hand-picked and put in 20-kg boxes in April, between the 25th and the 29th.

Reductive Sugars: 1.8 g/l
