Elaboration

The wine was fermented in concrete vats
without an epoxy coating for 17 to20 days. The cap was subjected to
punching down and pumping over. Fermentation temperature: 25 ºC.

Tasting notes

Color: Intense ruby red with purple hues.
Aroma: Balsamic, herbal aromas with subtle notes of tobacco and cocoa.
Palate: Sweet on the attack, with silky tannins, good volume, and a lengthy finish with a hint of minerality.
