Harvest: in 18-kg boxes on March 13th.
Color: soft golden yellow.
Nose: it should be aerated in order to reveal its French style. Aromas like flan with walnuts and hazel nuts appear.
Mouth: enjoy the mouth attack, which is notable but light, slightly ephemeral. A Sémillon that makes it possible to enjoy the wonderful sense of touch of the mouth. Once it is drunk, the warmth of the wine stays there. Pure pleasure.
This wine was aged in new French oak barrels for 12 months, over lees for 6 months. Then bottled and stowed for 6 months before being put on the market.
Total acidity: 6.02 g/l
Sugar: 3.89 g/l
