The grapes were hand-picked and put in 18-kg boxes on March 12th.
Color: Greenish yellow.
Aroma: Vanilla, white pepper and white flowers.
Mouth: Oily, dense and with good acidity. Notes reflecting its aging in barrels.
Optimum serving temperature: 15ºC.
This wine was aged in new French oak barrels for 12 months, over lees for 6 months. Then bottled and stowed for 6 months before being put on the market.
Storage: more than 10 years.
Total acidity: 6.26 g/l
Sugar: 1.5 g/l
