This wine was aged in new French oak barrels for 15 months, then bottled and stowed at 12ºC for 6 months before being put on the market. Bottled on August 25th 2011.
Colour: Intense red with blackish shades.
Aroma: Complex, red fruits marmalade and extra spicy. Clove, nutmeg ginger powder and cinnamon.
Mouth: Sweet entrance, heavy volume, fleshy with a long and buttery finish.
Grapes were picked in April 28th, placed in 20-kilo boxes.
Total acidity: 5.90 g/l
Sugar: 2.80 g/l
