Tomero Chardonnay 2016
Non-protective elaboration, allowing a certain oxidation and revealing secondary aromas. Fermented at 16ºC with selected yeast.
Color: Golden-yellow with greenish highlights.
Aroma: Notes of citric fruits and white flowers. Subtles aromas of freshly cut grass.
Palate: Excelent acidity providing freshness to this chardonnay. The finale is intense and persistent with green apple notes at the end.
Grapes were picked during on March 8th, placed in 20-kilo boxes and refrigerated.
Total acidity: 6.47 g/l
Reductive sugars: 1.8 g/l
