100% Torrontés Riojano
Cold skin maceration was carried out for 1-2 hours within the press. The free-run must was extracted by run-off and by pressing at a maximum pressure never exceeding 1.5 bars. Cold settling and seeding with selected yeasts. Fermentation took place at 15 °C.
Colour: A light yellow color with brillant hues.
Aroma: Jazmin flowers and tangerine peel. Subtles aromas of cinnamon at the end.
Mouth: Fresh and full-bodied entrance. Well-balanced and persistent acidity. Notes of white grapefruit peel.
Grapes were picked and placed in 300-kilo bins on February 24.
