The elaboration of our Tomero wines starts in our land called “Don Antonio”, in the Valle de Uco, where we select the grapes with the best characteristics for each of our varietals. Once the batches of grapes to be used in each of the wines are selected, according to the structure and style required by each wine, they are fermented in concrete vessels. This is the origin of the Tomero Gran Reserva Malbec wine, as well as the Reserva de Tomero line, characterized by unusual varieties like Petit Verdot and Sémillon. Tomero pays homage to the noble trade of the men who channeled the water coming from the Andes mountain range and distributed it among the vineyards that were entitled to use the water from the river.
